Shine your light
We are covering the character trade: Obedience in home education. The assignement tells us to make candles… I recalled the name of a tennis practice partner, Rone. Her entrepreneurial husband, makes candles for a living and runs his business from home. He makes about 500 candles a month, which means he uses 1 ton of wax a month.
We phoned him and he showed the kids how to make candles – different shapes, colours and sizes. A very interseting process… The best part of all… God brings the right people across our paths on the right time during our schooling journey. We were very exited about our outing because He knows what we need, when we need it!
Mat 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. May we be the light in our daily walk.
Joh 8:12 Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
